<br />solid area equals at least sixty-five (65) per cent of the wall
<br />surface, including an entrance gate or gates. Such screening
<br />device shall be continuously maintained.

<br />Servant's Quarters. A "servant's quarters" is an accessory
<br />building or portion of a main building located on the same lot
<br />as the principal building, occupied only by such persons and
<br />their families as are employed full time by the occupants,of
<br />the principal residence,.

<br />!!,e. A "sign" is ri. name, identification, description, display,
<br />or illustration which is affixed to, or represented directly or
<br />indirectJ~ upon a building, structure, or piece of land ~d which
<br />directs attention to an object, product, place, ac~ivity, institu-
<br />tion, or business. A "sign" is not a display of official court or
<br />public office notices nor is it a flag, emblem, or ,insignia. of a
<br />nation, political unit, school, or religious group. A "si~"
<br />shall not include a sign located completely within an enclosed
<br />building.

<br />Sign, Advertising. 1m "advertising sign" is a sign which directs
<br />attention to a business, commodity, service, or entertainment
<br />conducted, sold, or offered elsewhere than upon the premises
<br />where such sign is located, or to which it is affixed.

<br />Sign, Bus:iness~ A. "business sign" is a sign which directs atten-
<br />tion to a business or profession conducted, or to a commodity,
<br />service, or entertainment sold or offered upon the premises.
<br />
<br />Sign, Flashing. A "flashing sign" is any illuninated sign on
<br />which the artificial light is not maintained stationarily, or in
<br />constant :Lntensity or color at all times when such sign is in use.
<br />For the purpose of this ordinance, any revolving illuminated
<br />sign shall be considered a flashing sign.
<br />
<br />Sign, Illuminated. An "illuminated sign" is any sign designed
<br />to give forth any artificial light, or designed to reflect light
<br />from one or more sources, natural or artificial..
<br />
<br />Single Family Home. '. A "single family home" is a building built,
<br />occupied, or intended for the use of one family.
<br />
<br />StoI7. A "story is that part of 0. building between the surface
<br />of a floOI' and the ceiling immediately above.
<br />
<br />Street. If. "street" is a public right of Vlay which affords a
<br />primary me!ans of access to abutting property. Ii. driveway or
<br />alley which serves only to give secondary vehicular access to a
<br />building l.ot or to an accessory parking or loading facility, or to
<br />allow vehicles to take or discharge passengers at the entrance to
<br />a building' shall not be considered a street.

<br />Street Line. i\. "street line" is the right of way line of 0. street.
<br />
<br />Toxic Materials. . "Toxic materials" are 'lhose materials which
<br />are capable of causing injury to living organisms by chemical
<br />means when present in relatively small amounts.
<br />
<br />Townhouse. A "townhouse" is a row of single-family attached
<br />dwelling units which constitute an architectural whole.
<br />
<br />Trailer~. A "trailer camp" is any premises on which one
<br />or more house trailers are parked or situated and used for living
<br />or sleeping purposes, or any premises used or hel~ out for the
<br />purpose of supplying to the public a parking space for one or
<br />more house trailers whether such vehicles stand on wheels or
<br />rigid suppc:>rts.
