The City Commission of the City of,La Porte <br /> <br />hereby accepts the recommendations of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, and the permanent zoning <br /> <br />classifications of the territory heretofore finally annexed <br /> <br />by the City Commission of the City of La Porte on December 8, <br /> <br />1969, by City of La Porte Ordinance No. 839, are hereby <br /> <br />established as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />(1) The un-shaded or un-colored portions of <br /> <br />the map which is attached hereto as "Exhibit D," incorporated <br /> <br />by reference herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes, <br /> <br />are hereby g~ven the permanent zoning classification of <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />"District R-l Single Family Dwelling Residential District." <br /> <br />(2) Tracts One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and <br /> <br />Eleven (11), which are shaded or colored on the map or plat <br /> <br />attached hereto as "Exhibit D," incorporated by reference <br /> <br />herein, and made a part hereof for all purposes, are hereby <br /> <br />given the permanent zoning classification of "District C <br /> <br />Apartment and Commercial District." <br /> <br />Section 5.
