The City Commission of the City of La Porte hereby accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification of the hereinafter described parcel of land, situated within the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, is hereby changed in ac~ordance therewith, and the zoning classifica- tion of said parcel of land shall hereafter be "District C-- Apartment and Commercial District," provided, however, that no commercial use of said property shall be allowed, and said property shall be used for either single-family residence, residences, apartments, or townhouses. The description of -.. said parcel of land re-zoned is as follows, to-wit: That certain tract or parcel of land, containing 27.21 acres of land, more or less, being bounded on the north by Little Cedar Bayou; being bounded on the east by the shoreline of Galveston Bay; being bounded on the south by the north line of Crescent Shores Subdivision; and being bounded on the west by Park Avenue, and being situated in the Johnson Hunter.Survey, Harris County, Texas. Section 5. It is specifically provided that that portion of said tract lying north of Little Cedar Bayou shall have no change in its present zoning classification. Section 6.
