<br />THENCE in a Northwesterly and Northerly direction
<br />along the East line Of the aforesaid Southern
<br />Pacific Railroad 50 foot easement, a distance of
<br />2,400 feet more or less, to a point for corner in
<br />the South' line of the Saint :Jo Paper 'Company's
<br />272.15 acre tract of land described in deed
<br />recorded in Volume 2375 at Page 289, Harris County
<br />Deed Records;
<br />
<br />THENCE in a Easterly direction along the South
<br />line of said Saint Jo Paper Company's 272.15
<br />ac::::re tract., a dis tance of 2,:850 feet more or
<br />less to the point of intersection with the North-
<br />west right~of-way line of State Highway No. 146;
<br />
<br />THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along the
<br />Nqrthwest right-of-way line of State Highway No.
<br />146, a distance of 2,: 400 feet more or less to
<br />the point.of intersection wIth the shore line of
<br />San Jacinto B'ay;
