The City Commission of the City of La Porte .- hereby accepts th~ recommendation of the City of La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification of the hereinafter described parcel of land, situated within the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, is hereby changed in accqrdance therewith, and the zoning classifica- tion of said parcel of land shall hereafter be "District C-- Apartment and Commercial District,"with no special use permits alloweid. The description of said parcel of land re-zoned is as follows, to~wit: .- The East one-half (E.l/2) of Block Six Hundred Forty-five (645), all of Blocks Six Hundred Forty-six (646), Six Hundred Forty-seven (647), Six Hundred Forty-eight (648); the, East one-half (E.l/2) of Block Six Hundred Fifty-two (652), all of Blocks Six Hundred Fifty-one (651), Six Hundred Fifty (650), Six Hundred Forty-nine (649); the 'East one-half (E.l/2) of Block Six Hund:J;ed Ei,ghty-one (681), all of Blocks Six Hundred Eighty-two (682), Six Hundred Eighty-three (683), Six. Hundred Eighty-four (684)-; the, East one-half (E.l/2) of Block Six Hundred Eighty-eight (688), all of Blocks Six Hundred Eighty-seven (687), Six Hundred Eighty-six (686), and Six Hundred Eighty-five (685), TOWN OF LA PORTE, Harris County, Texas.
