The City Commission of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />hereby accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification <br /> <br />of the hereinafter described parcel of land, situated within <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, is hereby <br /> <br />changed in accordance therewith, and the zoning c1assifica- <br /> <br />tion of said parcel of land shall hereafter be "District C-- <br /> <br />Apartment and Commercial District," provided, however, that <br /> <br />said property shall be used for plant nursery use only. The <br /> <br />description of said parcel of land re-zoned is as follows, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />4.110 acres in Lot Ten ,(10), Block Two (2), <br />of W. J. Payne Subdivision of the W. M. <br />Jones League, Abstract 482, Harris County, <br />Texas. <br /> <br />Section 5.
