M. JONES SURVEY, ABSTRACT <br />NO. 482 (EDDIE GRAY PROPERTIES IN FAIRMONT <br />PARK) FROM RESIDENTIAL TO "C" APARTMENT <br />AND COMMERCIAL <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission made a recommendation 'concerning <br />the above referenced property on June 4, 1979. Our recommendation <br />at that time was to grant t~e rezoning request. <br /> <br />After holding a public hearing on said property, we were asked <br />to consider further. At our meeting last night, December 4, 1979, <br />the subject was discussed again thoroughly. <br /> <br />Our recommendation remains the same.
