The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br /> <br />accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte Planning and <br /> <br />Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification of the herein- <br /> <br />after described parcel of land, situated within the corporate <br /> <br />1 imi ts of the Ci ty of, La Porte, is hereby changed in accordance <br /> <br />therewith, and the zoning classification of said parcel of land <br /> <br />shall hereafter be "Industrial." The description of said parcel <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />of land re-zoned is as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />4.562 acre tract at 2308 W. Fairmont <br />Parkway, La Porte, Harris County, Texas. <br /> <br />Section 5. All ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed, <br /> <br />to the extent of conflict only. <br /> <br />Section 6.
