. . . Ordinance No. 780- BBB , Page 2. Section 4. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classifications of the herein- after described parcels of land, situated within the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, are hereby changed in accordance therewith, and the zoning classifications of said parcels of land shall hereafter be as follows, to-wit: e (a) Lots Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two (32), both inclusive, Block Eleven Hundred Twenty-one (1121), Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, shall hereafter be "District C-- Apartment and Commercial District," provided, however, that no commercial use of said property shall be allowed. (b) Lots Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two (32), both inclusive, Block Eleven Hundred Sixty (1160), Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, shall hereafter be "District C--Apartment and Com- mercial District," provided, however, that no commercial use of said property shall be allowed. e (c) In addition, the re-zoning of said Lots Seventeen (17) to Thirty-two (32), both inclusive, Block Eleven Hundred Sixty (1160), Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, shall be subject to the following special conditions, to-wit: (1) Townhouses or apartments only may be constructed on said property. Section 5. All ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed, to the extent of conflict only. Section 6. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage and approval.
