The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br />accepts the recommendation of the City of La Porte Planning and <br /> <br />Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification of the herein- <br /> <br />. <br />after described parcel of land, situated wi thin the corporate <br /> <br />limits of the City of'La Porte, is hereby changed in accordance <br /> <br />therewith, and the zoning classification of said parcel of land <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />shall hereafter be "Industrial," and grants a special use permit <br />to allow shipping container storage and repair facilities, and <br /> <br />freight terminals. The description of said parcel of land re-zoned <br /> <br />is as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />Tracts Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and <br />Nine (9), out of the Enoch Brinson League, <br />Harris County, Texas. <br /> <br />Section 5. All ordinances in conflict herewith are repealed, <br /> <br />to the extent of conflict only. <br /> <br />Section 6.
