The' City Counc il of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />hereby accepts . the recommendation of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, and the zoning classification <br /> <br />of the hereinafter described parcel of land, situated within <br /> <br />the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, is hereby <br /> <br />changed in accordance therewith, and the zoning classification <br /> <br />of said parcel of land shall hereafter be "District C--Apartment <br /> <br />and Commercial District," provided, however, that no commercial <br /> <br />use of said property shall be allowed, and said property shall <br /> <br />be used for apartments only. The description of said parcel <br /> <br />of land re-zoned is as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />2.8818 acre tract, Tidewood Subdivision, <br />420 feet North of McCabe Road facing <br />Highway 146, Wm. P. Harris Survey A-30, <br />Harris County, Texas. <br /> <br />Section 5.
