Jones Survey, <br />Abstract No. 482, City of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, being <br />out of a part of Outlot No. 719 of the W. B. Lawrence Subdivision <br />according to map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 83 at Page <br />344 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, and being out <br />of a part of a road called Road No. 2 (60 feet wide) described <br />in a petition for cancellation and vacation deed recorded in <br />Volume 5160 at Page 8 of the Deed Records of Harris County, <br />Texas, said tract or parcel herein described being more particu- <br />larly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a 1 inch iron rod set in the northerly right-of- <br />way line of Fairmont Parkway at its intersection with the <br />westerly most right-of-way line of Underwood Drive, said iron <br />rod being the southeasterly most corner of the herein described <br />tract: <br /> <br />. THENCE South 80 deg. 30' 00" <br />right-of-way line of Fairmont <br />to a 1 inch iron rod set for <br />tract and a point of curve to <br /> <br />West along the northerly most <br />Parkway, a distance of 69.94 feet <br />a corner of the herein described <br />the right: <br /> <br />THENCE in a southwesterly direction, continuing along the <br />northerly right-of-way line of Fairmont Parkway and along said <br />curve to the right, having a radius of 5604.58 feet and a <br />central angle of 01 deg. 20' 51", an arc distance of 131.82 <br />feet to a 1 inch iron rod set for the southwesterly most corner <br />of the herein described tract: <br /> <br />THENCE North 01 deg. 29' 55" West over and across a portion of <br />said road called Road No.2, a distance of 199.12 feet to a 1 <br />inch iron rod set for the northwesterly most corner of the <br />herein described tract: <br /> <br />THENCE North 80 deg. 41' 31" East over and across a portion of <br />said Road N. 2 and a portion of said Outlot No. 719, a distance <br />of 201.87 feet to a 1 inch iron rod set in the westerly most <br />right-of-way line of said Underwood Drive for the northeasterly <br />most corner of the herein described tract: <br /> <br />THENCE South 01 deg. 29' 55" East along the westerly most <br />right-of-way line of said Underwood Drive, a distance of 200.00 <br />feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 40,000.03 square <br />feet or 0.918 of an acre of land. <br />
