<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of Ordinance 780, the <br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of La Porte, a public hearing will be <br />held at 6:00 P.M. on April 28, 1986, by the La Porte City Council <br />to consider rezoning a tract of land, .918 acres out of the Wm. M. <br />Jones survey, from its temporary "R-1" Residential classification <br />to "C" Commercial. The proposed use is for the construction and <br />operation of an Exxon service station. <br /> <br />This hearing will' be conducted in the Council Chambers of the <br />La Porte City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway. Letters concerning <br />this matter should be addressed to the City Secretary, P.O. Box <br />1115, La Porte, Texas 77571.
