<br />S,ect'ion' ,3.' The 'accumulation and stor~ge of, the, vehicles
<br />and materials covered by this Ordinance on public or private
<br />
<br />property shal~~onstitute a nuisance and it shall be the 'du~y of
<br />the owner of such Nehicle or materials :and the duty of the owner
<br />
<br />of any private proper,ty"or lessee- or other person in possession
<br />
<br />, '
<br />of private 'property, upon which such vehicle 'Or materials are
<br />
<br />located, 1:0 remove. 'the Same from such proper,ty or to, have the
<br />same housed in a buildi!lg where th~y will not be visible from the
<br />street or other pr.ivate property and where acces's by children

<br />cannot be, gained.

<br />lots or pa'r.cel of real estate 'or any part thereo'f, ,or interest

<br />therein, ,situated within the City, on which there 'exists any
<br />
<br />nuisance as defined in this Ordinance, ,or any owner of such vehicle
<br />
<br />or vehicles, or m~terials, who shall allow ,or permit any such
<br />
<br />nuisance to be created or to remain arid continue if created and
<br />
<br />established, shall be deemed, guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
<br />conviction sha~l be fined in any Sum not less than Twenty-five
<br />
<br />Dollars ($25.00) nor more than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), ,and
<br />
<br />-
<br />
<br />each day of such violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
<br />
<br />Section 5~ If any section, par~graph, clause, or sentence
<br />shall be declared void and unenforceable or unconstitutional, it
<br />
<br />is hereby declar,ed to be the intention of the Commission that the
<br />remainder of such Ordin~nce shall remain in full force and effect.
<br />~:ection 6,. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
<br />
<br />force from and after its pass~ge, approval and publication as
<br />required by law.
