"Person" means any individual, firm, corporation, <br /> <br />partnership, ,or association. <br /> <br />Section 2. Mobile Home Parking Limitations. ' <br /> <br />FOUR-HOUR STREET PARKING. No person shall park, place, <br /> <br />or locate any mobile home upon any public street or public park <br /> <br />within the corporate limits of the City for a period of more <br /> <br />than four (4) hours. Any mobile home shall be parked parallel <br /> <br />to the r~ght side curb, completely clear of driving lanes or <br /> <br />areas of said street or park, and facing in the direction which <br /> <br />traffic shall be des~gnated to travel on said side of said street <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />or in said drivi~g area. <br /> <br />No person"shall park, place or locate any mobile home <br /> <br />being used for" human habitation for living and sleeping quarters <br /> <br />on any lot, tract, 0+ parcel of land, in the City for a longer <br />period than four (4) hours, except in a licensed mobile home <br /> <br />park. <br /> <br />Section 3.' Mobile Home Park Permits <br /> <br />GENERALLY. No Mobile Home Park shall be constructed, or <br /> <br />opened and operated, within the corporate limits of the City <br /> <br />unless the owner shall first file an application, with plat, <br /> <br /> for a Mobile Home Park Permit therefor ' in writing with both: <br />-. A. The City of La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />'" <br /> to first obtain the des~gnation of the lot, tract, or parcel <br /> of land desired to be zoned as a mobile home park, under the <br /> <br />City of La Porte Zoning Ordinance, as the same now exists, or <br /> <br />as it may be amended from time to time. All necessary proceedi~gs <br /> <br />shall be had under the City of La Porte Zoning Ordinance to obtain <br />the re7~~ng of, the subject parcel of land for mobile home park <br /> <br />purposes, prior to the application for a mobile home park permit, <br /> <br />as prOVided for in the next subparagraph hereof. <br />B. When and if the said re-zoning for mobile home park <br /> <br />....,....,...,. <br />; ..... . . ".~ ~~, <br />::';~:;:,::', <br /> <br />purposes has been accomplished, an application for a Mobile Home <br /> <br />Park Permit shall be made with the Permit Department of the City <br /> <br />of La Porte, and due and valid written approval of said applica- <br /> <br />tion, pursuant to the terms and provisions of this Ordinance, <br /> <br />shall be obtained. <br />
