<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 811, Page 4. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />(1) Prior to any construction or installation of <br /> <br />any building or utilities in a new or proposed mobile home <br /> <br />park, and prior to any expansion' of any existing mobile home <br /> <br />park, the owner or operator thereof shall file with the Pianning <br /> <br />and Zoning Commission four (4) copies of a complete and detailed <br /> <br />plan of the mobile home "park complying with the requirements <br /> <br />of this chapter. In the event that an owner is not capable of <br /> <br />developing plans and drawings acceptable to the Building Inspector <br /> <br />then all plans pertaining to sewer disposal, water supply <br /> <br />systems, street paving and drainage, electrical systems, park- <br /> <br />e. <br />, ' <br /> <br />ing areas, and recreational facilities, shall be prepared by a <br /> <br />licensed professional engineer familiar with the design of <br /> <br />such ,systems and fa,cilities. Two (2) sets of such plans shall <br />be provided to the Building Inspector for his review and approval <br /> <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission, one set to be returned <br /> <br />to the City Clerk with any corrections or additions required and <br /> <br />one set to remain in the Building Inspector's files. All plans <br /> <br />shall be drawn to scale and com~letely dimensioned. The Build- <br /> <br />ing Inspector shall refuse to examine any incomp~ete, unintelli- <br /> <br />gible or inde~inite drawings. When such plans show compliance <br /> <br />with the Ordinance and the other applicable ordinances of the <br /> <br />,~ <br />. <br /> <br />City of La Porte, they shall be approved by the Planning and <br /> <br />Zoning Commission, and the Building Inspector shall be authorized <br />to issue a building permit. All such construction and installa- <br /> <br />tion shall comply with said plans as approved. <br />(2) Plans for the design of the mobile home park <br /> <br />shall clearly set forth the following information: <br /> <br />(a) Name and address of the owner and operator. <br /> <br />(b) Address, location and legal description of <br />the property on which the mobile home park <br />is to be located. <br /> <br />(c) Extent of the area and dimensions of the <br />mobile home park. <br /> <br />... <br />~ <br /> <br />(d) Size, location and number of mobile home <br />sites segregated as to areas for dependent <br />and independent mobile homes, if both are <br />'to be accommodated. <br />
