Permitted Structures. <br /> <br />(1) Cabanas may be located on only one side of a <br /> <br />mobile home. <br /> <br />(2) Awnings of metal or canvas are permitted. <br /> <br />c. Fire Protection. <br /> <br />(1) Parks shall have access to a public street by <br /> <br />directly abutting thereon or by means of a private road for <br /> <br />access by fire fighting apparatus. <br />(2) The physical layout of any park will be such <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />that will permit fire department apparatus to approach within <br />one hundred (100) feet of any part of any mobile home therein. <br />(3) Clearance: Mobile homes shall be so located V <br /> <br />within the park that no less than eighteen (18) feet is main- <br /> <br />tained between mobile homes parked side by side or end to end. <br /> <br />(4) Electrical Systems <br /> <br />(a) Electrical systems shall be of an approved <br />type and installed in accordance with <br />applicable city ordinances. The electrical <br />supply facilities shall have adequate <br />capacity to serve the maximum connected <br />load subject to the demand factor. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />(b) Facilities will be provided for electrical <br />supply to each mobile home with accessible <br />means of disconnecting. Each mobile home <br />will be provided with a grounded type switch <br />box or supply receptacle provided with <br />appropriate size fuses or circuit breakers. <br /> <br />(c) Direct burial type wire between the <br />grounded switch box and the mobile home <br />disconnect or park box will be not less <br />than number six (#6) stranded copper for <br />mobile home parks and not less than <br />number ten (#10) stranded copper for <br />pickup coach (camper) parks. Electrical <br />connections between electrical supply <br />and the mobile home shall be made only <br />by the park owner or manager. <br /> <br />(5) Liquefied petroleum gas tanks will be filled <br /> <br />only by qualified personnel of the gas company. <br />(6) Natural gas will be connected to mobile homes <br /> <br />only by personnel of the natural gas company, or park owner or <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />manager. <br />
