e e "Rebate Fund" shall mean the special fund or account established and to be maintained pursuant to Section 7.01 hereof for the benefit of the United States of America and the Authority, as their interests may appear. "Reserve Fund" shall mean the special fund or account established and to be maintained pursuant to Section 7.01 hereof for the benefit, and to secure the payment, of the Bonds and any Additional Bonds. "Reserve Fund Amount" shall mean the amount required to be accumulated and maintained in the Reserve Fund under the provisions of Section 7.04. "Revenue Fund" shall mean the fund or account created pursuant to Section 7.01 hereof and to be maintained pursuant to Section 7.02 hereof so long as the Bonds and any Additional Bonds are outstanding. "Revenues" shall mean (a) all incorne, fees and charges received by the Authority from the Participants pursuant to the Water Sales Contracts and (b) earnings and income derived from the investrnent of moneys in any funds or accounts (other than the Construction Fund and the Rebate Fund) created and maintained by the Authority in connection with the Authority's operations under the Water Sales Contracts, and including particularly the special funds created hereunder for the payment and security of the Bonds. "Southeast Plant" shall mean the Project described in the Houston Contract generally, and specifically described in Exhibit nB" to the Houston Contract. "Transmission Systern" shall mean those facilities, including pipelines, easernents, pumping and other devices to deliver treated surface water from the take point at the Southeast Plant to the points at which the water is delivered to the Distribution System, which includes necessary storage and pumping facilities to deliver water to each Participant. "Water Sales Contracts" shall mean the contracts between the Authority and each of the Participants, all of which are, or shall be, in substantially similar form. 022DESAO/024C04 -4-
