<br />(5) Computation of Volume based on water purchased:
<br />Residential:
<br />
<br />The ,volume of sewage- treated,shall, be based
<br />qpon 95~-of the resident~s water, volume billed
<br />each,monthw - However, the maximum ,residential
<br />charge..will ,b~ based on 95~. of ' a ,resident,' s
<br />average ,wate,r..billed for the water- metered
<br />dur-ing,.,the months of Novembe r, Decembe r, and

<br />Multi-Units:
<br />
<br />The volume charge to Apartment Units, Duplex
<br />Units, Individual Mobile Homes in Mobile Home
<br />Parks, with units not ind~vidually metered for
<br />water, shall be based on 85~ of the amount of
<br />water billed each month. '

<br />Section ~. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
<br />from '~nd after its pas~age ,and app~oval, with rates to be
<br />implemented on all billings after October 1, 1988.

<br />Section 4. ' ,The City Council officially finds, determines,
<br />recit~s ,and d~clares that ~'sufficient ,written notice of the
<br />date) hour, place and subject ,of this 'meeting of the City Council
<br />was,posted ,at -a place convenient to the public at the City, Hall
<br />of the City for the time required by law preceding this meeting,

<br />r-atifies, approves and confirms such written notice and the
<br />contents and posting thereof.
