Existing City of La Porte electrical <br />connections on utility poles along the Main Street right-of-way, may <br />be used during the Fair by the La Porte Main Street Association and <br />its lessees; provided, however all electrical connections shall <br />comply with all City of La Porte codes, and shall be approved by the <br />City of La Porte Building Official, or his designee. The La Porte <br />Main Street Association shall reimburse the City of La Porte for its <br />costs of electric power consumed. <br />Section 5. Appropriate banners publicizing the Main Street <br />Fair, may be installed at a location over Fairmont Parkway, and at a <br />location over Main Street, for a period not exceeding twenty (20) <br />days before the Fair date. <br />Section 6. The La Porte Main Street Association, as the <br />coordinating organization, shall obtain and file with the City <br />Manager, a certificate of insurance, evidencing $1,000,000.00 <br />liability insurance coverage for the Main Street Fair, which <br />coverage shall include damage to persons and property, including <br />provisions as to food service and liquor liability, which <br />certificate of insurance shall reflect the City of La Porte as an <br />additional named insured. In the event that the La Porte Main <br />Street Association does not provide food or alcoholic beverage <br />service, the amount of such insurance may be reduced to $500,000.00. <br />La Porte Main Street Association shall require its alcoholic <br />beverage vendors to provide evidence of $500,000.00 liability <br />coverage, with the La Porte Main Street Association and the City of <br />La Porte named as additional named insureds. For purposes of this <br />Ordinance, "vendor" and "booth lessees" shall mean anyone selling in <br />conjunction with the Main Street Fair, including any business that <br />moves outside to the street, sidewalk, parking lot, or other public <br />right-of-way. <br />Section 7. The La Porte Main Street Association, the <br />coordinating organization, shall file with the City Manager, at <br />least fifteen (15) business days before the Fair, a plan of police <br />
