M. Jones Survey, A-482, Harris County, Texas, <br />and being more particularly described in a conveyance from the <br />united States of America to the City of La Porte, recorded in Volume <br />1614, Page 190, et seq, of the Harris County, Texas, Deed Records, <br />reference to which is here made for all purposes. <br /> <br />Tract Two: Being a 1.281 acre (55,813 square feet) tract of land <br />locatea-Tn Plane View Subdivision (unrecorded), Outlot 472, La Porte <br />Outlots in the Enoch Brinson Survey, A-5, La Porte, Harris County, <br />Texas, being more particularly described in that certain General <br />Warranty Deed dated May 17, 1988 from DarIa Kaye Wheeler, Trustee to <br />the City of La Porte, a municipal corporation, recorded in"the Deed <br />Records of Harris County, Texas. <br /> <br />1) Any language in the printed portion of this lease to the <br />contrary notwithstanding, the City of La Porte makes no warranty as <br />to its title to the said land, either expressed or implied, said <br />land having been conveyed to the City of La Porte by the United <br />States of America by Quitclaim Deed. <br /> <br />2) This Lease is subject and subordinate to and is controlled by <br />all the provisions, stipulations, covenants and agreements in that <br />certain Quitclaim Deed from the United States of America to the City <br />of La Porte, recorded in Volume 1614, Page 190, of the Deed Records <br />of Harris County, TexasJ and it is understood that the lessee agrees <br />to abide by and enforce all of the provisions, stipulations, <br />covenants and agreements incorporated in the foregoing instruments <br />the same as if set out in full herein. This lease is subject to <br />approval by the FAA and shall be effective only as of the date of <br />such approval. <br /> <br />3) During time of war or national emergency the lessor shall have <br />the right to lease the landing area or any part thereof to the <br />United States Government for military or naval use, and if any such <br />lease is executed, the provisions of this instrument insofar as they <br />are inconsistent with the provisions of the lease to the Government, <br />shall be suspended. <br />
