A certified copy of each policy evidencing the existence <br />thereof shall be delivered to the Lessor within ten (10) days after <br />the execution of this Agreement and Lease. Each such copy shall <br />contain a valid provision or endorsement that the policy may not <br />be cancelled, terminated, changed or modified without giving ten <br />(10) days written advance notice thereof to the Lessor. Each such <br />policy shall not, without obtaining express advance permission from <br />the Lessor, raise any defense involving in any way the immunity of <br />the City of La Porte, its members, officer, agents, or employees, <br />the governmental nature of the Lessor, or the provisions of any <br />statutes respecting suits against the City. <br /> <br />4. The Lessee shall furnish to the City satisfactory evidence <br />that it carries Workmen's Compensation Insurance in accordance with <br /> <br />9 <br />
