<br />described 0.379 acre parcel, same being the southeast comer of that certain tract of land out of the
<br />east Portion of Outrots 304 and 317 conveyed by deed dated April 2S. 1967 to Thomas E. Cockrell,
<br />et ux., and recorded in Volume 6742. Page 429 of said HCOR, same being the northwest comer of
<br />a 30 foot wide Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) fee strip conveyed by deed dated
<br />November IS, 1965 and recorded in Volume 6174, Page 390 of said HCDR, same also belna the
<br />northeast comer of I 30 foot wide HCFCD fee strip conveyed by deed dated November 22, 1965
<br />and recorded in Volume 6291. Page 64 of said HCDR, and from which a found II2-lnch Iron rod
<br />bears South 10 degrees S6 minutes West, I distance of 1.03 feet;

<br />of IS0.04 feet to a S/8-lnch Iron rod set for corner In the east line of the aforesaid Jones tract, same
<br />being in the west line of that certain tract of land out of the easterly portions of Outlots 303 and 318
<br />conveyed to Leroy P. Jones, et ux., by deed dated June 6. 1974 and recorded under RCCF No.
<br />EI76869 of said OPRRPHCT;

<br />the aforesaid 30 foot wide HCFCD fee strip recorded In Volume 6174, Pale 390 of said HCOR;
