<br />Records (HCDR), Harris County, Texas, said Outlot 306 and part of Outlot 29S being all of a
<br />called 7.1613 acre tract conveyed by deed dated February 17, 1982 to Charles C. Hinds, and
<br />recorded under Harris County Clerk's File (BCCF) No. H346433 of the Official Public Records
<br />of Real Property of Harris County, Texas (OPRRPHCI'). Said 2~309 acre tract is more
<br />particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: .

<br />the southwest comer of Outlot 31S of said La Porte Outlots, said Outlot 31S having been
<br />conveyed to. Charles C. Hinds by deed dated April 11, 1995 and recorded under BCCF No.
<br />R3S1137 of said OPRRPHCf;

<br />THENCE, North 86 degrees 59 minutes 17 seconds East, with the common line of said Outlots
<br />306 and 31S, a distance of IS0.00 feet to a S/8-inch iron rod set for comer;

<br />THENCE, South 03 degrees 01 minute 53 seconds East, across said Outlot 306, a distance of
<br />367.90 feet to a S/8-inch iron rod set for comer;

<br />TIlENCS, North 81 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds East, continuing across said Outlot 306, a
<br />distance of 176.73 feet to a S/8-inch iron rod set for comer on the common line of Outlots 306
<br />and 305, said Outlot 305 having been conveyed to Eugene R. Ybarra and Antonio Matta by deed
<br />dated March 8, 1973, and recorded under BCCF No. D832S04 of said OPRRPHCI';

<br />of a 30 foot wide Harris County Flood Control District (BCFCD) fee strip (called 0.449 acre)
<br />conveyed by deed dated November 22; 1965 and recorded in Volume 6291, Page 64 of said
<br />HCDR, and continuing for a total distance of 119.70 feet to a Sl8-inch iron rod set for the
<br />common comer of Outlots 306 and 3M, same being the southwest comer of said 30 foot wide
<br />HCFCD fee strip, and also Iyillg on the common north line of Outlot 296 and a called 2.32 acre
<br />tract conveyed to Emesto Gomez, et ux., by deed dated November 4, 1985, and recorded under
<br />H'CCF No. K274921 of said OPRRPHCI'; .
