<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />\ <br />execution of other legal process, Lessor may enter into said <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />premises and have and repossess same as if this Agreement had not <br />been made, and shall thereupon have the right to cancel this <br />Agreement without prejudice to any other rights or remedies <br />available to Lessor. <br /> <br />xx. <br /> <br />CONTRACT BOND <br /> <br />A Business Service Bond covering every and all requirements of <br />this Lease, in the amount of $5,000.00 shall be furnished concurrent <br />with the execution of this Lease.
