Nacke, etux to Frank Addison, by deed dated December 19, 1985, as recorded under Harris County Clerk's File No. K341394, and being located in the Nicholas Clopper Survey, Abstract No. 198, Harris County, Texas, said 0.1705 acres of land being more particularly de- scribed by metes and bounds as follows: (All bearing and coordi- nates are based on the Texas Highway Department (Harris County) surface coordinates with a Lambert Adjustment Factor of 0.99987002) BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod found in the existing east line of Underwood Road (called 60.00 foot wide Right-Of-Way), said point being the southwest corner of said 2.00 acre tract and being the southwest corner of the herein described tract, said iron rod having a coordinate value of X=3,242,600.S6, Y=690,688.29; THENCE North 03'06'23" West along the existing east line of said Underwood Road a distance of 186.24 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found for the northwest corner of the herein described tract; THENCE North 86"54'18" East a distance of 39.90 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the northeast corner of the herein de- scribed tract; THENCE South 03"05'19" East a distance of 186.23 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the southwest corner of the herein de- scribed tract; THENCE South 86'53'42" west a distance of 39,84 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract and containing within these calls 7,426 square feet or 0.1705 acres of land.
