Pfeiffer, etal, by <br />deed dated August 14, 1985, as recorded under Harris County <br />Clerk's File No. K164479, and being located in the William M. <br />Jones Survey, Abstract No. 482, Harris County, Texas, said 0.0552 <br />acres of land being more particularly described by metes and <br />bounds as follows: (All bearings and coordinates are based on <br />the Texas Highway Department (Harris County) surface coordinates <br />with a Lambert Adjustment Factor of 0.99987002) <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron rod found marking the northwest <br />corner of said 4.111 acre tract in the existing east line of <br />Underwood Road (called 60.00 foot wide Right-Of-Way), said point <br />having a coordinate value of X=3,242,958.96, Y=687,364.24; <br /> <br />THENCE North 87'00'50" East along the north line of said 4.111 <br />acre tract, a distance of 40.10 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set <br />for the northeast corner of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE South 03'40'47" East a distance of 60.38 feet to a 5/8 <br />inch iron rod set in the upper south line of said 4.111 acre <br />tract, being the southeast corner of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE South 87'00'50" West a distance of 39.48 feet to a 5/8 <br />inch iron rod found marking the upper southwest corner of said <br />4.111 acre tract in the existing east line of sala Underwood <br />Road, being the southwest corner of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE North 04'16'30" West a distance of 60.39 feet to the PLACE <br />OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract and containing within <br />these calls 2,402 square feet or 0.0552 acres of land. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND AND SEAL THIS THE 29TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1989. <br />..- /;. / ,.
