II. LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION A. GENERAL PROVISIONS 2.01 Fees. (4) For a maintenance electrician..... 10.00 " " (5) For an apprentice electrician..... 5.00 " " (c) Each applicant for examination or for re-examination as a master electrician shall pay the fee of $50.00 to the Inspector. _ Upon passing the examination, the second year fee of $40. 00 is required before the City can issue the license for the proper term. 2.02 Term of License. All licenses and certificates (new and renewal) shall expire on December 31. Licenses and certificates are issued on a two (2) year basis and fees shall not be pro-rated. All licenses shall be renewed within six (6) months of their expiration to avoid re-testing. 2.01 Revocation of Licenses. Any license provided for in this Code may, after hearing by the Electrical Board, be suspended or revoked by the Board, based upon its finding that its holder has willfully, maliciously, or by reason of incompetence, v iolated this Code or any amendment hereto on one (1) or more occurrence.
