<br />(3) 4IldrOgen sulfide greater thtl 10 mg/l; <br /> <br />(4) Unusual flow and concentration shall be pretreated <br />to a concentration acceptable to the City, if s~ch <br />wastes 'can: <br /> <br />(a) caUse damage to collection facilities, <br /> <br />(b) impair the process, <br /> <br />(c) incur treatment cost exceeding those of normal <br />sewage, <br /> <br />(d) render the water unfit for stream disposal; or <br /> <br />(5) COD in concentrations which are not amenable to <br />treatment. <br /> <br />Where discharge of such wastes to the sanitary sewer are not properly <br />pretreated or otherwise corrected, the Approving Authority shall reject <br />the wastes or terminate the water and sanitary sewer service to <br />permittee's facility. <br /> <br />14. Unless exception is granteq by the Approving Authority, the <br />public sanitary sewer system shall be used by all persons <br />discharging: <br /> <br />a. (1) wastewater; <br />(2) industrial waste; <br />(3) polluted liquids; <br /> <br />Unless authorized by the Texas Water commission, no person <br />may deposit or discharge any waste included in subsection <br />14.a, above on public or private property or into or adjacent <br />to any: I <br /> <br />b. (1) natural outlet; <br />(2) watercourse; <br />(3) storm sewer; <br />(4) other area within the jurisdiction of the city. <br /> <br />The Approving Authority shall verify prior to discharge that <br />wastes authorized to be discharged will receive suitable <br />treatment within the provisions of laws, regulations, <br />ordinances, rules and orders of federal, state and local <br />governments. <br /> <br />12 <br />
