e e Ordinance No. 829 , Page 6. garbage service rendered by the City shall be billed to the users or consrnners on the same staternent, and the users or consumers shall not be permitted to make payments for anyone or more services separately, but charges for all services must be paid at the same time. Section 8. Service outside City limits. For water service, sewer service, and garbage service to property located outside the corporate limits of the City, where there is no existing contract with the City precluding the application of the charges established by this Ordinance during the teen thereof, the charges to be made by the City for such service(s) shall be one and one-half (1-1/2) times the amounts of the charges for like service(s) within the City limits. Section 9. All ordinances or parts of ordinances incon- sistent or in conflict with the terms of this ordinance are hereby repealed; provided, however, that such repeal shall be only to the extent of such inconsistency, and in all other respects this ordinance shall be cumulative of other ordinances regulating and governing the subject matter covered by this ordinance. Section 10. If any provision, exception, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or the application of same to any person or set of circumstances shall for any reason be held unconstitutional, void, or invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this ordinance or their applica- tion to other persons or sets of circumstances, and to this end all provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. Section 11. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and approval. The rates herein provided shall be effective for all service from and after October 1, 1969.
