COMMERCIAL/PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS MONDAY THRU THURSDAY: FRIDAY THRU SATURDAY: $10.00 HOURLY $15.00 HOURLY This class shall apply to professional exhibitions or contest, promotional and public dances, commercial shows and other attractions sponsored or contracted by profit making or commercial organizations or individuals. This class shall also apply to private use, such as wedding receptions, private parties, fund r.aising events for non-profit groups, etc... *security Arrangements may be required by Director of Parks and Recreation *C. NON-COMMERCIAL - FUND RAISING MONDAY THRU THURSDAY: FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY $ 7.50 HOURLY $12.50 HOURLY This class shall apply to all organizations, association and religious activities banquets held to raise money and when net receipts shall be donated to the charity or community project for which such function is intended. * Security Arrangements may be required by Director of Parks and Recreation. Section 3. The City Council officially finds, determines, recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City Council was posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall as required by the Open Meetings Law, Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and that this meeting has been open to the public as required by law at all times during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof has been discussed, considered and formally acted upon. The City Council further ratifies, approves and confirms such written notice and the contents and posting thereof. PASSED AND This Ordinance shall be effective from and after approval.
