COMMERCIAL/PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS <br /> <br />MONDAY THRU THURSDAY: <br />FRIDAY THRU SATURDAY: <br /> <br />$10.00 HOURLY <br />$15.00 HOURLY <br /> <br />This class shall apply to professional exhibitions or contest, <br />promotional and public dances, commercial shows and other <br />attractions sponsored or contracted by profit making or <br />commercial organizations or individuals. This class shall also <br />apply to private use, such as wedding receptions, private <br />parties, fund r.aising events for non-profit groups, etc... <br /> <br />*security Arrangements may be required by Director of Parks and <br />Recreation <br /> <br />*C. NON-COMMERCIAL - FUND RAISING <br /> <br />MONDAY THRU THURSDAY: <br />FRIDAY THRU SUNDAY <br /> <br />$ 7.50 HOURLY <br />$12.50 HOURLY <br /> <br />This class shall apply to all organizations, association and <br />religious activities banquets held to raise money and when net <br />receipts shall be donated to the charity or community project for <br />which such function is intended. <br /> <br />* Security Arrangements may be required by Director of <br />Parks and Recreation. <br /> <br />Section 3. The City Council officially finds, determines, <br />recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of the <br />date, hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City Council <br />was posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall <br />as required by the Open Meetings Law, Article 6252-17, Texas <br />Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and that this meeting has been <br />open to the public as required by law at all times during which <br />this ordinance and the subject matter thereof has been discussed, <br />considered and formally acted upon.
