McKinstry League, <br />Abstract 47, Harris County, Texas, containing 169.450 acres <br />in three tracts, 49.366 acres, 117.281 acres and 2.803 acres, <br />the latter tract being embraced within the right-of-way for <br />Fairmont Parkway) described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein for all purposes. <br /> <br />Being the same. tract of land or premises conveyed by <br />Friendswood Development Company to ARCO by deed dated <br />December 30, 1974, and recorded in File No. E334151, Film <br />Code 114-12-0563 through and including 114-12-0573 of the <br />Official Public Records of Real Pror.erty of Harris County, <br />Texas hereinafter called the "Deed.
