REPAIRABLE. AND. SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED. THIS BUILDING <br />DOES NOT PROVIDE THE BASIC MINIMUM HOUSING STANDAROS DEEMED ESSENTIAL <br />FOR SAFE AND HEALTHFUL LIVING FOR A RESIDENTIAL OCCUPANCY AND IS A <br />THREAT TO PUBLIC SAFETY.
