This property is located near the southeast quadrant of North <br />Broadway (Old Hwy. 146) and Barbour's Cut Boulevard. The facility was <br />previously known as International Cargo Network (lCN), a major cargo <br />distribution center in East Harris County, Texas. <br /> <br />P & 0 Cold Logistics, a major food service distribution company, has <br />approximately 225,340 sq.ft. of warehouse serving as its central distribution <br />point for the Texas area, is proposing additional 87,603 square foot cold <br />storage/warehouse to its present facility. The subject property is within the <br />vicinity of major commercial and industrial facilities of the Gulf Coast. <br />
