Punrpose. <br /> <br />(a) The MH manufactured housing district is intended to provide for manufactured housing <br />communities, (parks, subdivisions, or condominiums). Within such developments, manufactured <br />housing communities (with such additional uses and occupancies as are permitted herein) may be <br />established subject to the requirements and limitations set forth in these and other regulations. <br />Other residential and supporting uses may also be permitted in such districts. <br /> <br />(b) It is intended that such manufactured housing communities shall be so located, designed, and <br />improved as to provide a desirable residential environment, protection from potentially adverse <br />neighboring influences, protection for adjacent residential properties, access for vehicular traffic <br />without traversing minor streets in adjoining residential neighborhoods, and accessibility <br />equivalent to that for other forms of pemlitted residential development to public facilities, places <br />of employment, and facilities for meeting commercial and service needs not met within the <br />manufactured housing community. <br /> <br />Sec. 106-412.lPermitted, .acc~ssory, and special conditional uses. <br /> <br />Refer to Table A, residential, section 106-331. <br /> <br />Sec. 106-413.
