The property is further described as <br />6.20 acres, pt. of TR 22A, being 7.6812 acres ofland out of 22.3547 acre tract ofland as <br />conveyed by deed, as recorded under Harris County Clerk's File No. U129425, situated in <br />the William H. Jones Survey, Abstract No. 402, La Porte, Harris County, Texas. The <br />applicant, David L.
