All permitted uses in industrial zones must meet the following minimum performance standards, If requested by the enforcement officer, all applications for building permits must include a certification from a registered engineer that verifies compliance with these performance standards. Where applicable, all permitted uses in industrial zones must meet and be in compliance with the appropriate federal, state, or local regulations, A. Lighting and glare.
