Fairmont Parkway
La Porte, Texas 77571

Subject: Underwood Business Park

-
..

Clay Development & Construction, Inc. appreciates the opportunity to present this
proposal for the construction of a 208-acre industrial park and respectfully requests your
approval. We have developed several commercial/industrial parks and constructed more
than 80 buildings in Houston and the surrounding area. We believe the development of
this park will be an added asset to the City of La Porte with no impact on local residential
neighborhoods.

.
.
.

The first phase of this park will include 3 office / warehouse facilities totaling 979,000
S.F. and a storm water detention facility for the entire park. All of our proposed
buildings will be constructed of concrete tilt wall. As you can see from the photos
included in this package, we believe this is a superior type of construction that produces
an attractive building that will outlast conventional buildings.

We thank the Planning & Zoning Commission for this opportunity to present our
proposal and look forward to working with the City of La Porte in this project.

Respectfully Yours,

()Wv

Albert W.
