Provide an irrigation system to ensure that all landscaping and screening is <br />properly maintained by the owner/developer. <br />12. Provide a public utility easement for future water main along north property line <br />adjacent to existing railroad, to be connected with public water for fire <br />suppreSSIon. <br />13. Submit design for on & off-site utilities with capacities. The owner/applicant must <br />coordinate with the developer to the north for tie-in of sanitary sewer or and <br />dedicate an easement to the City for sanitary sewer extension or lift station. <br />14. Verify internal street connectivity. Participation of the improvement of Old <br />Underwood Road may be required. <br />15.
