Plumbing and mechanical contractors; liability insurance requirements. <br /> <br />) No permit shall be issued for any plumbing contract work, as such work's defined <br />withi the city codes adopted in sections 82-31 and 82-66 until the plumbing c ractor or his <br />employe shall have arranged to carry the following: <br /> <br />(1) Wor rs' compensation insurance on each and everyone of hi mployees as required <br />and in cordance with the provisions of the Workers' Co ensation Act of the State <br />of Texas; <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br /> <br />han $300,000.00 for all claims arising in any <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />c.
