<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDENANZA NUMERO -2003 -alJtI, A <br /> <br />UNA ORDENANZA LLAMANDO LA ELECCTON REGULAR ANUAL DE LA <br />CIUDAD DE LA PORTE; LLAMANDO UNA ELECCION DE :EMPA TE, SI ES <br />NECESARIO; DESIGNANDO LOS DISTRITOS ELECTORALES Y LUGARES <br />DE VOTACION; PROVEE PARA EL usa DE MAQU1NAS DE VOTACION; <br />NOMBRA OFIClALES DE LA ELECC10N; PROVEE MEDIOS Y FECBAS <br />PARA VOTACION TEMPRANA; PROVEE UNA PTZARRA DONDE SE <br />ANUNCIE LOS RESULTADOS DE LAS VOTACIONES TEMPRANAS; <br />PROVEE LOS RESULTADOS E INTERPRETACION DE LOS VOTOS DE <br />DICHA ELECCION; PROVEE NOTIFICACIONES; PROVEE FECHAS <br />LlMITED Y COSTO DE REGISTRO DE CANDIDATOS; PROVEE UNA <br />CLAUSULA DE AHORRO; ASEGURA EL CUMPLIMIENTO CON LA LEY DE <br />ASEMBLEA DE LmRE ACCESO; Y PROVEE LA FECHA EN QUAL TENDRA <br />EFECTO. <br /> <br />SEA ORDENADO POR EL CONCEJO MUNICIPAL DE LA CIUDAD DE LA <br />PORTE: <br /> <br />Seccion 1 <br />Una eleccion se Ilevara a cabo dentro de los limetes incorporados de la ciudad de <br /> <br />La Porte, Tejas, el3 de Mayo del 2003, dicho dia siendo el primer Sabado de Mayo del <br /> <br />2003, entre las siete de la manana, (7:00 AM.), y las siete de la noche, (7:00 P.M.); con <br /> <br />el proposito de elegir los siguientes funcionarios de la Ciudad: <br /> <br />Alcalde- Por un termino de tres (3) anos <br /> <br />Consejero- Distrito 2, Por un termino de tres (3) anos <br /> <br />Consejero- Distrito 3, Por un termino de tres (3) anos <br />Una eleccion de empate se llevara a cabo el Sabado, 31 de Mayo 2003, <br />durante las mismas horas, si 10 es necesario. <br /> <br />Seccion 2 <br />Dichas elecciones seran Ilevadas a cabo en los siguientes lugares de votaciones <br /> <br />de dicha ciudad, y las siguientes personas son nombradas oficiales de dicha eleccion, es <br /> <br />decir. <br /> <br />Distrito Electoral # 1 <br />
