The majority of the proposed changes deal with the <br />deletion of city electrical licensing regulations since licensing of electricians are now handled by the State, <br /> <br />The passage of this ordinance will allow staff an opportunity to provide contractors with a copy of the changes prior <br />to the ordinance's effective date of June 7, 2004, <br /> <br />Action Required bv Council: <br /> <br />Approve the Code Amendment Ordinance <br /> <br />Aooroved for City Council Aeenda <br /> <br />J1~ &JJv <br /> <br />Debra B.
