(211,,975) gallons shall be one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the CITY'S rate as established from time to time for commercial customers inside its corporate limits. (H) The cost of water for amounts used in excess of the established average monthly demand shall be two hundred percent (200%) of the CITY'S rate as established from time to time for commercial customers inside its corporate limits.
