DANGEROUS BUlLDINGS* <br /> <br />Sec. 82-471. Definitions. <br /> <br />The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings <br />ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning: <br /> <br />Board means the board of inspection created by section 82-472, <br /> <br />Building means any structure which has enclosing walls for 50 percent of its perimeter and <br />which was built for the support, shelter or enclosure of persons, animals, chattels or property <br />of any kind.
