The purpose of this <br />hearing Is to consider and <br />hear ell/zen Input regard- <br />ing creation of a Main <br />Street District (MSD), con- <br />sider additional regulatIons <br />for the District, adopt the <br />boundaries. and consider <br />a rezone from General <br />Commercial (GC) to MSD. <br />The proposed District in- <br />cludes the area along <br />Main Street from State <br />Highway 146, East along <br />W.
