<br />- <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />TIlE STATE OF TEXAS ) <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS ) <br />CITY OF LA PORTE ) <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of Section 106-171 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La <br />Porte, and the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code, notice is hereby given that the La <br />Porte Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 P.M. on the 20th day <br />of May, 2004, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, LaPorte, Texas. <br />The purpose of this hearing is to consider Special Conditional Use Permit #SCU04-007, requested <br />for 20i: acres located in the 1200 Block of S.H. 146 & northeast comer of McCabe Road, W.P. <br />Harris Survey, A-30, La Porte, Harris County, Texas. The owner, Hettig Management Corporation, <br />seeks to develop multi-family residential development in the Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />zoning district. In accordance with Section 106-216 of the Code of Ordinances, a Special <br />Conditional Use Permit (SCUP) is required for development in the PUD zoning district. <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission will follow the public hearing.
