Detention basin shall be screened and landscaped in compliance with <br />required screening and landscaping provisions per Section 106-444(a) <br />of the Ordinance. Additional landscaping may be required to insure a <br />positive appearance if necessary. <br />· Provide an irrigation system to ensure that all landscaping and <br />screening is properly maintained by the owner/developer. <br />· Facility lighting shall be arranged as to reflect the light away from the <br />adjacent properties. <br />· Ensure that maximum lot coverage does not exceed 40%. <br />. This permit does not become valid until a Development Site Plan is <br />submitted to the City; reviewed and approved in accordance with the <br />requirements of the Development Ordinance. <br />. The Developer shall comply with all other applicable laws and <br />ordinances of the City of La Porte and the State of Texas. <br /> <br />Options available to the Commission are: <br /> <br />. Recommend to Council approval of this SCUP with additional <br />conditions. <br />· Recommend to Council denial of this SCUP. <br />.
