The applicant, Four Bees N., <br />seeks to rezone approx. 1.5 acres of land along North "L" Street and Underwood Road. <br />The property is described as pt. out of lot 411, LaPorte Outlots, Vol. 1, Pg. 33, H.C.M.R, <br />Enoch Brinson Survey, La Porte, Harris County, Texas.
