The <br />purpose of this hearing is to consider Special Conditional Use Permit Request #SCU 03-003, which <br />has been requested for a 1.23 acres ofland described as lots 1 thrull and west 70 feet oflots 22 thru <br />32, block 179, Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas. The property is located in the 1000 block of <br />south 2nd street between South 1st & 2nd StreetS.
