There were no recommendations for changes to the proposed ordinance. This new ordinance <br />basically provides: <br />. A fee system instead of filing Oass C Misdemeanor Citations for false alarms. <br />. Automatic renewal provisions in which renewal fees will be added to the Permit holders water bill <br />. A provision for appeals of fees for excessive false alarms. <br />. A method of notification of "cbargeable" false alarms. <br />. Upgraded provisions consistent with current trends regarding alarm enforcement <br />.
